The film is written by Geneva Robertson-Dworet ( Captain Marvel), and is directed by Roar Uthaug, who made the Norwegian box-office smash The Wave and the excellent slasher Cold Prey.
Vikander (Ex Machina) stars as Lara Croft, and she’s joined in the film by Dominic West (The Wire, Pride), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight, Justified), Daniel Wu (Warcraft, Into The Badlands) and rising star Hannah John-Kamen (Killjoys, Ready Player One, Ant-Man And The Wasp).
