Incident In A Ghostland new trailer for Martyrs’ director’s latest horror

Violent history repeats itself in the new trailer for Pascal Laugier’s Incident In A Ghostland

Incident In A Ghostland, the new horror from Martyrs and The Tall Man director Pascal Laugier, hits US cinemas this week. It feels like we’ve been waiting a long time for this one (and we’ll have to wait a while longer in the UK), but here’s the new trailer. Try to make sense of it.

“The story follows a mother of two who inherits a home from her aunt. On the first night in the new home, she is confronted with murderous intruders and fights for her daughters’ lives. Sixteen years later when the daughters reunite at the house, things get really strange.”

Crystal Reed, Mylène Farmer, Anastasia Phillips, Emilia Jones and Taylor Hickson star.

The film, which is also known simply as Ghostland, ran into controversy when star Taylor Hickson sued the filmmakers earlier this year following an incident on set which left her severely injured. While hammering on glass that she was assured was safe, it shattered and cut her face so badly she required 70 stitches. The full details are available in a Deadline report here.

Incident In A Ghost Land does not currently have a UK release date. Keep up with the latest horror news with the new issue of SciFiNow.
