British Fantasy Society announces British Fantasy Awards 2018 shortlist

Award season may be over for most, but it’s just beginning for the British Fantasy Society. The annual British Fantasy Awards, which first started back in 1972, exists to promote and honour excellence within the fantasy (including science fiction, heroic, horror, supernatural and related fields) genre.

Following two rounds of nomination and voting from the members of the British Fantasy Society and FantasyCon 2017, the British Fantasy Awards has reached its jury stage. The winners will be announced on 21 October at Fantasycon.
