Doctor Who Series 11 new trailer gets a shift on


A new trailer for Doctor Who Series 11 has materialised and it’s pretty great:

Announced directors for Series 11 include Sallie Aprahamian (Extremely DangerousThe Sins), Jamie Childs (the director behind Jodie Whitaker’s casting reveal), Jennifer Perrott (award-winning short film The Ravens), and Mark Tonderai (a director with a whole load of genre experience, including episodes of LuciferGothamBlack Lightning and Nightflyers, and House At The End Of The Street).

Confirmed writers include Malorie Blackman (the author of the Noughts And Crossesseries), Ed Hime (Skins), Vinay Patel (Murdered By My Father), Pete McTighe (original writer of Australian prison drama Wentworth), and Joy Wilkinson (The Life And Adventures Of Nick Nickleby). Doctor Who Series 11 will star Jodie Whitaker as the Doctor, and Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill as her companions.
