It’s been a while since we heard anything about Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss’ Dracula adaptation, which makes this first look trailer all the more sweet (and creepy). Check it out:
Here’s the official synopsis for the show:
This retelling of the classic story follows Dracula from his origins in Eastern Europe to his battles with Van Helsing’s descendent and beyond. From the makers of Sherlock, Claes Bang stars as Dracula in this brand new mini-series inspired by Bram Stoker’s classic novel.
The miniseries, which will be made up of three episodes, stars Claes Bang, Jonathan Aris, Morfydd Clark, Sacha Dhawan, Mark Gatiss, John Heffernan, Tim Ingall, Youssef Kerkour, Lujza Richter, Clive Russell, Joanna Scanlan, Catherine Schell and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett.
Moffat and Gatiss created the series and wrote all three episodes. Jonny Campbell, Paul McGuigan and Damon Thomas are directing one each.
